Text
If a confined jail offender is transferred:
(1)from a county jail to a regional holding facility, the confined
jail offender's commissary account or trust account shall be
transferred to the department; or
(2)from a regional holding facility to a county jail, the confined
jail offender's commissary account or trust account shall be
transferred to the county jail.
