Text
(a)A court shall be provided with periodic
progress reports on an individual who is ordered by the court to
undergo treatment in a forensic diversion program.
(b)A participant may not be released from a forensic diversion
program without a court order. The court must consider the
recommendation of the forensic diversion program before ordering a
participant's release.
