§ 11-12-2-8 — Restriction on use of funds

Indiana·Art. 12 COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS·Ch. 2 State Grants to Counties for Community Corrections and

Counties may not use funds received under this
chapter to construct or renovate county jails or community correction
facilities.
