§ 11-12-2-7 — Eligibility for financial aid; failure to qualify

Failure of a county to qualify for financial aid under this chapter does not affect its eligibility for other state funds for correctional purposes otherwise provided by law. As added by Acts 1979, P.L.120, SEC.5.
