Text
A county misdemeanant fund must be used
only for funding the operation of the county's jail, jail programs, or
other local correctional facilities or community based programs. Any
money remaining in a county misdemeanant fund at the end of the year
does not revert to any other fund, but remains in the county
misdemeanant fund.
