Text

There is established a community transition program fund for each community transition program. The fund shall be administered by the community corrections advisory board in each county served by a community corrections program. In a county that is not served by a community corrections program, the courts in the county with felony jurisdiction shall jointly administer the fund. Money in the fund may be used for community corrections programs and, in counties that are not served by a community corrections program, for probation services.
