§ 11-10-4-1 — Definitions

(a)As used in this chapter, the terms used in
IC 12-26 have the meanings set forth in IC 12-7-2.
(b)As used in this chapter, "qualified medical personnel" has the
meaning set out in IC 11-10-3-1.
