Text

A person assigned to a community transition program shall remain in the assignment until the person completes the person's fixed term of imprisonment, less the credit time the person has earned with respect to the term, unless the community transition program causes the person to be returned to the department for reassignment from the community transition program to a program or facility administered by the department under section 11.5(b) of this chapter. IC 11-10-12-2 does not apply to a person who completes an assignment in a community transition program.
