Text
6.If an offender who is eligible to be
assigned to a community transition program is sentenced by more than
one (1) court, the offender must be considered for assignment to a
community transition program located in the community where the
court that imposed the sentence with the longest period of
imprisonment that the offender is actively serving is located. However,
before an offender may be assigned to a community transition program,
each court that sentenced the offender to a period of imprisonment that
the offender is actively serving must agree to the assignment.
