Illinois·Topic BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT·Ch. 820 EMPLOYMENT·Act 820 ILCS 155/ Employer as Lessee Bond Act.
The clerk of the court with whom a bond is filed pursuant to this act, may charge a filing fee therefor, such fee in no case however to exceed the sum of three dollars ($3.00).
