The process available to the Department of Revenue pursuant to Section 3-7 of the Uniform Penalty and Interest Act with respect to an unpaid trust tax, interest, or penalties shall be available to the Department of Employment Security with respect to unpaid contributions, payments in lieu of contributions, penalties, and interest due pursuant to this Act where any officer or employee of the employer who has the control, supervision, or responsibility of filing wage or contribution reports and making payment of contributions or payments in lieu of contributions pursuant to this Act willfully fails to file the report or make the payment or willfully attempts in any other manner to evade or defeat a liability pursuant to this Act.
