§ 2203 — Service of notice-Place of hearing-By whom conducted

Whenever service of notice is required by Sections 2200 or 2201, such notice shall be deemed to have been served when deposited with the United States certified or registered mail addressed to the employing unit at its principal place of business, or its last known place of business or residence, or may be served by any person of full age in the same manner as is provided by statute for service of process in civil cases. If represented by counsel in the proceedings before the Director, then service of notice may be made upon such employing unit by mailing same to such counsel. If agreed to by the person or entity entitled to notice, notice may be given and completed electronically, in the manner prescribed by rule, by posting the notice on a secure web site accessible to the person or enti
