Unemployment compensation administration and other workforce development costs. All moneys received by the State or by the Department from any source for the financing of the cost of administration of this Act, including all federal moneys allotted or apportioned to the State or to the Department for that purpose, including moneys received directly or indirectly from the federal government under the Job Training Partnership Act, and including moneys received from the Railroad Retirement Board as compensation for services or facilities supplied to said Board, or any moneys made available by this State or its political subdivisions and matched by moneys granted to this State pursuant to the provisions of the Wagner-Peyser Act, shall be received and held by the State Treasurer as ex officio c
