§ 2JJJ — Violations of the Debt Settlement Consumer Protection Act
Illinois·Topic BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT·Ch. 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS·Act 815 ILCS 505/ Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
Any person who violates the Debt Settlement Consumer Protection Act commits an unlawful practice within the meaning of this Act.
