§ 2GG — Electric service advertising
Illinois·Topic BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT·Ch. 815 BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS·Act 815 ILCS 505/ Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.
Any advertisement for electric service that lists rates shall clearly and conspicuously disclose all associated costs for such service including, but not limited to, access fees and service fees.
