If any clause, sentence, provision, or part of this Act or its application to any person or circumstance is adjudged to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, that judgment shall not impair, affect, or invalidate other provisions or applications of this Act, which shall remain in full force and effect thereafter.
