All moneys received by the Secretary under this Act in conjunction with the provisions relating to consumer legal funding companies shall be paid into the Financial Institution Fund and all expenses incurred by the Secretary under this Act in conjunction with the provisions relating to consumer legal funding companies shall be paid from the Financial Institution Fund.
