Previous and ongoing agreements or contracts and transactions not affected. All business broker agreements or contracts and transactions between a business broker and its clients or proposed clients which do not comply with the Act, if entered into prior to January 1, 1996, shall be deemed to be valid and enforceable, notwithstanding this Act.
