§ 46

Illinois·Topic BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT·Ch. 805 BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS·Act 805 ILCS 110/ Religious Corporation Act.
The trustees, or any other persons, designated by any such congregation, church or society incorporated under this act, shall have power to publish, print, circulate, sell or give away such religious, Sabbath school and missionary tracts, periodicals or books as they may deem necessary to the promotion of religion and morality.
