Text

(a)A limited liability company may deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of authority. The statement shall be executed and filed in accordance with Section 5-45 of this Act and:
(1)must include the name of the company and the address of its principal place of business; and (2) may state the authority, or limitations on the authority, of any member or manager of the company or any other person to:
(A)execute an instrument transferring real property held in the name of the company; or (B) enter into other transactions on behalf of, or otherwise act for or bind, the company.
(b)To amend or cancel a statement of authority, a limited liability company must deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of amendment or cancellation. The statement shall be execute
