Text

Any foreign corporation not conducting affairs in this State and not authorized to conduct affairs in this State may register its corporate name, provided its corporate name is available for use as determined by the Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of this Act.

(a)Such registration shall be made:
(1)By executing and filing in accordance with Section 101.10 of this Act:
(i)An application for registration, stating the name of the corporation, the state or place under the laws of which it is incorporated, the date of its incorporation, a brief statement of the affairs which it is conducting or plans to conduct, the post office address of the corporation to which the Secretary of State may mail notices as required or permitted by this Act and that it desires to register
