Text

Unless stayed by the court, an order adjudicating a person as a person with a disability and appointing a plenary, limited, or successor guardian pursuant to Section 11a-3, 11a-12, 11a-14, or 11a-15 of this Act shall not be suspended or the enforcement thereof stayed pending the filing and resolution of any post-judgment motion.
