Administrator to collect for missing person - notice.) When letters of administration to collect are sought for the estate of a missing person, the petitioner must publish a notice of the hearing on the petition once a week for 3 successive weeks, the first publication to be not less than 30 days before the hearing. The notice must state the time and place of the hearing, the name of the missing person and his last known address and the name and address of each of his relatives listed in the petition. Not less than 20 days before the hearing, the petitioner must send a copy of the petition and notice by mail to the missing person at his last known address and to each of his relatives whose name and address is listed in the petition.
