(was 750 ILCS 22/905) Sec.

904.Repeal. The Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act is repealed on the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1997. An action that was commenced under the Revised Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act and is pending on the effective date of this amendatory Act of 1997 shall be decided in accordance with that Act as it existed immediately before its repeal by this amendatory Act of 1997.
