Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 745 CIVIL IMMUNITIES·Act 745 ILCS 15/ County Engineer and Highway Superintendent Liability Act.
If the notice provided for by Section 3 is not filed as required therein, any such civil action commenced against any county engineer or superintendent of highways shall be dismissed and the person to whom any such cause of action accrued shall be forever barred from further suing.
