Text
Aiding and abetting non-consensual sexual conduct or non-consensual sexual penetration. A person aids and abets an act of non-consensual sexual conduct or non-consensual sexual penetration when, before or during the commission of an act of non-consensual sexual conduct or non-consensual sexual penetration as defined in Section 103 and with the intent to promote or facilitate such conduct, he or she intentionally aids or abets another in the planning or commission of non-consensual sexual conduct or non-consensual sexual penetration, unless before the commission of the offense he or she makes proper effort to prevent the commission of the offense.
