Text
The order shall command the sheriff or other officer to attach the vessel, its tackle, apparel and furniture, to satisfy such claim and costs, and all such claims as shall be exhibited against such vessel according to law, and having attached the same, to summon the owners of such vessel, to be and appear before the court on a specified date to answer what may be claimed against them and the vessel.
