§ 4-203 — Limitation

Any such lien may be enforced in the manner herein provided at any time within 5 years. However, no creditor shall be allowed to enforce such lien as against, or to the prejudice of any other creditor or subsequent incumbrancer, or bona fide purchaser, unless proceedings are instituted to enforce such lien within 9 months after the indebtedness accrues or becomes due.
