§ 45-40 — Background investigations; license applicants
Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 730 CORRECTIONS·Act 730 ILCS 175/ Secure Residential Youth Care Facility Licensing Act.·Art. Article 45 -
For the purposes of background investigations authorized under this Act, "license applicant" means the operator or person with direct responsibility for daily operation of the secure residential youth care facility to be licensed.
