§ 45-120 — Administrative Review Law
Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 730 CORRECTIONS·Act 730 ILCS 175/ Secure Residential Youth Care Facility Licensing Act.·Art. Article 45 -
The Administrative Review Law and the rules adopted under it shall apply to and govern all proceedings for the judicial review of final administrative decisions of the Department. The term "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
