Text

A probation officer supervising a person who has been placed on probation for a sex offense as defined in the Sex Offender Management Board Act shall periodically, but not less than once a month, verify that the person is in compliance with paragraph (8.6) of subsection (a) of Section 5-6-3 of the Unified Code of Corrections.
