Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 730 CORRECTIONS·Act 730 ILCS 110/ Probation and Probation Officers Act.
The appointment of officers to probation or court services departments under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
