The Board may establish a Best Practices Protocol Committee which may evaluate and recommend a Best Practices Protocol on specific issues related to the implementation of the criminal justice system. The Best Practices Committee may review and make recommendations to improve and enhance public safety, with due consideration for the rights of the accused and the rights of crime victims.
