If property has been declared forfeited under Section 29B-12 of this Article, any person who has an interest in the property declared forfeited may, within 30 days after the effective date of the notice of the declaration of forfeiture, file a claim as described in paragraph (3) of Section 29B-12 of this Article. If a claim is filed under this Section, then the procedures described in Section of 29B-13 of this Article apply.
