Text
In single county circuits containing or which may hereafter contain more than one million inhabitants, jurors may be drawn from such parts of the county and assigned to jury service as determined by court rule to be most favorable to an impartial trial and not to incur unnecessary expense or unduly burden the citizens of any part of the county with jury service. Such rule may utilize established divisions within the county.
