(This Section was added by P.A. 94-677, which has been held unconstitutional) Sec. 27.10. Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation. Each clerk of the circuit court shall provide to the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation such information as the Secretary of Financial and Professional Regulation requests under Section 155.19 of the Illinois Insurance Code.
