§ 26

Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 705 COURTS·Act 705 ILCS 35/ Circuit Courts Act.
The respective courts and the several judges thereof shall have the power to award throughout the state, and returnable in the proper county, relief by injunction, ne exeat, habeas corpus, quo warranto, and all other processes that may be necessary to the due execution of the powers with which they are or may be vested.
