Text
Driver's license, Illinois Identification Card, and Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card lists. Driver's license, Illinois Identification Card, and Illinois Person with a Disability Identification Card holder's lists used for the preparation of jury lists, as provided in Section 1 of this Act, shall be furnished to either the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, or the county board of each county, except those counties which have jury commissioners as provided in the Jury Commission Act, by the Secretary of State from records in his office.
