§ 10-20 — Court order

Illinois·Topic RIGHTS AND REMEDIES·Ch. 705 COURTS·Act 705 ILCS 96/ Court Access, Safety, and Participation Act.
In order to maintain access to the court and open judicial proceedings for all persons in their individual capacity and to prevent interference with the needs of judicial administration, a court may issue appropriate judicial orders to protect the privilege from arrest under this Act, Section 9 of the Attorney Act, or common law.
