§ 8-55 — Small design-build projects

In any case where the total overall cost of the project is estimated to be less than $12,000,000, the park district may combine the two-phase procedure for design-build selection described in Section 8-50 into one combined step, provided that all the requirements of evaluation are performed in accordance with Section 8-50.
