Detachment of lands in municipal corporation exercising drainage powers - Setting petition for hearing - Notice. Upon the filing of the petition, it shall be presented to the court, which shall fix the date and hour for hearing, which date shall be not less than 20 nor more than 60 days from the filing thereof. The clerk of the court shall give notice of the hearing on the petition by publishing a notice in a newspaper of general circulation published in the county in which the drainage district is situated. The notice shall be entitled "Notice of Hearing on Petition to Detach Lands from .... Drainage District" and shall be addressed "To All Persons Interested".
