Detachment of lands in municipal corporation exercising drainage powers- Objections to petition. Any landowner in the drainage district, the drainage district or the municipal corporation may file objections to the petition at or prior to the time fixed for hearing and, after filing such objections, may be heard with reference thereto and introduce evidence thereon.
