§ 7a
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 805/ Downstate Forest Preserve District Act.
The board of any forest preserve district organized hereunder may by ordinance regulate, control and license all modes of travel within the forest preserve district. The amendatory Act of 1975 is not a limitation on any home rule unit.
