§ 75 — Reports; commitment notice
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 532/ Western Illinois Economic Development Authority Act.
The Authority shall annually submit a report of its finances to the Auditor General. The Authority shall annually submit a report of its activities to the Governor and to the General Assembly. The Authority shall provide notice to the General Assembly, the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, and the Governor once the Authority enters into a commitment to support the financing of a project. The notice to the General Assembly shall be filed with the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Secretary of the Senate, in electronic form only, in the manner that the Clerk and the Secretary shall direct.
