Text
A municipality that is contiguous to the metropolitan area may, by ordinance, request that its territory be included within the metropolitan area. The request shall be made to the Board of the Authority. If the Board, by ordinance, approves the request, the territory of the requesting municipality shall thereafter be part of the metropolitan area.
