Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 100th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago are extended to include within those corporate limits the following described tract of land and the tract is hereby annexed to the District: THAT PART OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 42 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN BEING A STRIP OFF THE WEST END THEREOF CONVEYED TO JERMIAH H. BROWNING BY DEED RECORDED SEPTEMBER 15TH 1859, AS DOCUMENT 23078 IN BOOK 162, PAGE 619, SAID STRIP BEING THIRTY FOUR AND ONE HALF FEET WIDE AT NORTH END FORTY TWO FEET WIDE AT SOUTH END, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.
