§ 294 — District enlarged

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.

Upon the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are extended to include within those limits the following described tracts of land, and those tracts are hereby annexed to the District. Parcel 1: ALL OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. Parcel 2: THE WEST ONE ACRE OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. Parcel 3: ALL OF "TRINITY LAKES PHASE 1," A SUBDIVISION OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN RECORDED AS DOCUMENT 05 01339042 ON 13 JANU
