§ 282 — Annexation
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 70 SPECIAL DISTRICTS·Act 70 ILCS 2605/ Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act.
On the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 91st General Assembly, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District, formerly known as the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago and as the Sanitary District of Chicago, are extended to include the following described tracts and those tracts are annexed to the District: Parcel No. 1: THAT PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 9, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 21; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION, 355.00 FEET TO THE CENTER LINE OF PUBLIC HIGHWAY FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 23 MINUTES 00 SECO
