Text

In addition to any other penalties provided in this or any other Act, any person who violates an ordinance or regulation of the Chicago Park District pertaining to the waters or harbors under the jurisdiction of the Chicago Park District or to the licensing, operation, or chartering of vessels therein is guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 for each violation. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
