As of July 18, 1983, the corporate limits of the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago are extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, described as follows: Lot 1 in St. Nectarios Planned Development, being a subdivision of part of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 42 North, Range 10 East of the Third Principal Meridian, described as follows: The West 440.0 feet of the North 495.0 feet of the East 1/2 of said Northwest 1/4, and the East 1/2 of said Northwest 1/4, except the North 495.0 feet and except the South 1985 feet thereof, in Cook County, Illinois.
